Thomas Attivissimo is a Senior Director with Greiner-Maltz Company, Inc. He joined the firm in January 1987 and since has been involved with sales and lease negotiations of office and industrial facilities for mid-size and large corporations, such as FedEx,Fortuoff, Fedders Islandaire (division of Fedders Air-conditioning) PC Richards and The New York Times. Tom has been involved with the negotiations of options, lease extensions; tax deferred exchanges, sale-lease-backs, exclusive tenant representations for site selections, as well as business growth through business acquisition and disposition.

Tom is a graduate of The New York Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electromechanical Computer Technology in 1982. Tom attended C.W. Post College for post-graduate work in the MBA program.

In June of 1999, he received the coveted CCIM designation.

With a combination of three disciplines, Real Estate, Engineering and Finance, this enables Tom to better understand the dynamics of today's complex business environment. Clients become the beneficiary of his wealth of knowledge and experience.

With an in depth knowledge of financial spreadsheets, Tom can provide a financial analysis of real estate assets, which will help users and investors alike.

Tom continues to maintain a high level of proficiency by regularly attending high level classes in Real Estate or Technology. Most recently, MS Access database programming.

Greiner-Maltz uses Tom's IT experience to keep all technologies current and operating at optimum potential. This expertise has kept technical expenditure down to a minimum. By interfacing with support engineers and troubleshooting computer systems, Greiner-Maltz remains on the cutting edge of technological efficiency.
Tom was a member of the Greiner-Maltz web site development team, which was assembled to design and integrate a fully functional web site.

Tom has successfully concluded transactions with an aggregate of over $550,000,000. He acted as exclusive agent and consultant for over 200,000 square feet of corporate headquarters and manufacturing space for Display Presentations. In addition, as exclusive agent completed 480,000 sq ft for Cellu-Tissue. Currently, Tom has over 790,000 square feet of commercial properties under contract for disposition and acquisition of assets.

Tom's civic duties include Catechists 1996-1999 at Our Lady Queen of Martyr's, Woodstock Business Conference 1998-1999, Coach for Huntington Tri-Village Little League 1993-1998, Coach for Northport Soccer League 1996-1998 In addition, during the April 2003 school spring break, Tom participated in and acted as chaperone for the Students for 60,000 Nicaragua Project, which project entailed traveling to Nicaragua with a team of high school students and building homes for the poverty-stricken population. Also he is a ranked amateur boxer and fought in the "Long Island Fight for Charity" which raised over $100K. In addition he supports many local charities.

Tom lives in Centerport with his wife, Anne, of 28 years, 3 children and a dog. Daniel, 26, Nicole, 22 both attended Sacred Heart University, Andrew, 18 and Max, a Great Pyrenees St. Bernard mix. He enjoys golf, fishing and relaxing at home with family and friends.
