New York City, November 19, 2012 – Greiner-Maltz and Cassidy Turley, after having leased over 600,000 sf of Brooklyn Army Terminal loft space in the 1st year of their contract with the NYCEDC, has had their contract renewed.

BAT, at 4,000,000 sf, the largest city and industrial complex, is situated strategically in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, between the Battery Tunnel and the Verrazano Bridge.

The Approximate $30,000,000 value of the leases has not only enhanced this property’s operations, but has provided over 500 additional jobs, says John Maltz and Sharone Levy, who directs the leasing operations.
