Long Island City, NY, November, 27, 2007 – Greiner-Maltz has announced the following two sales:

Address:         31-18 24th Avenue, Astoria, NY

In early 2007, Isabella Appliance Company, an Astoria, Queens landmark with more than 50 years in business,  appointed Greiner-Maltz brokers,  Dmitri Belyi and Kostas Alafoyiannis as their exclusive agents in order to sell  their existing 2,500 sq. ft. store at 24-24 Steinway Street along with an additional 4,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space at 31-18 24th Avenue,

A few months later, the two properties were both under contract, and have recently sold at an average price of $400.00 per sq. ft.  The properties were acquired by local investors with plans to renovate and possibly expand the existing buildings.

In both transactions the seller and the purchasers were represented by Greiner-Maltz Senior Director, Dmitri Belyi and Greiner-Maltz Director, Kostas Alafoyiannis.
