Two New Real Estate Transactions

Long Island, NY, March 15, 2003 -- Tom Scinto of Greiner-Maltz closed two deals and brings two new companies to Long Island.

The 1st transaction was the sale of 95 Fourth Street, New Hyde Park, New York, a 7,000 sq. ft. industrial building, to United Medical Communications Corp., whose business is expanding.

The 2nd transaction was the leasing of a 14,500 sq. ft.warehouse located at 55 Motor Avenue, Farmingdale, New York to AIT Worldwide Logistics, a freight forwarding company from Jamaica, Queens. This is an additional facility for their Long Island logistics business.
