Greiner-Maltz Announces New Marketing Initiative For Queens West Business Center

Long Island City, NY, November 22, 2002 - New ground has been broken in the marketing of a commercial property in New York City. With the release of the CD, "Music To Work By…," Greiner-Maltz is using this unique media to promote the availability of a 200,000-sq. ft. business park situated in Long Island City, adjacent to the planned "Olympic Village".

"Faced with this critically important marketing assignment we felt that a new and exciting approach would be welcome by the market" said John Maltz. "This marketing technique appears to have been validated at the November 13, 2002, Long Island City Business Development Corp. (LICBDC) trade show where over 500 of these unique CD's with property information inserts were snapped up by the attendees.

"This marketing effort has been a win-win for both the ownership and for Greiner-Maltz for prospective buyers and tenants for 5,000-sq. ft. to 200,000-sq. ft. of commercial space have now become fully informed of the property's attributes while enjoying over 17 unique songs, ranging from jazz to a composition by the 4th and 5th grade class from PS 3.
